This includes orders associated with the same name, e-mail address, billing address, credit card number or other information.

In ordering Ed Sheeran's Play album, customers provide consent for their contact details to be provided to Warner Music Australia in order to distribute the album.
All physical order of Ed Sheeran's new album Play will begin shipping from album release date 12th September 2025

PLEASE NOTE: Any transaction including a copy of the physical album includes flat rate shipping. Accordingly, the album will only be delivered to Australian / NZ postal addresses. THE ALBUM WILL NOT BE SHIPPED INTERNATIONALLY (EXCEPT TO NZ) OR TO PO BOX ADDRESSES. If you do not include a physical Australian / New Zealand address for delivery in your My Ticketek account prior to 23 September 2025, 4pm, your album purchase will be cancelled and you will receive a refund.

Customers will receive an email with a link to download Ed Sheeran's Play on album release date 12th September 2025 when optionally purchasing the Digital Album as part of their ticket purchase.
